What is True North Metals Return Policy?

At True North Metals, client satisfaction is our top priority. Buyers may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the event the transaction was misrepresented, damaged in transit, or you have received an improper item. A 5% restocking fee applies to all credit card transactions. Shipping and merchant fees are non-refundable.

Coins certified by NGC or PCGS include a 3-day review period from the date of delivery. Once a certified coin is removed from its original holder, or if a coin is altered, cleaned, or tampered with in any way, it will be considered final sale and ineligible for return.

Please note that all bullion transactions are non-returnable.

Please be aware that clients are responsible for shipping and insurance on all returns.

For any issues or concerns, we encourage you to contact the agent who assisted with your purchase so they can expedite resolution. Filing a dispute will result in a 90-day wait for a refund from your creditor. Our agents take pride in our transparency, reliability, and dedication to ensuring every customer’s complete satisfaction.
